Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Time and conditions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A. Returns or exchanges are accepted if at least one of the following situations is met:

  1. Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
  2. Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  3. Not what you ordered;

B. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item.
  • Not is Final sale items (Final sale items are not returnable).

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Photos of the whole product front and back
  • Photo of the Shipping label

Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because of the item that does not fit you.

2. Regulations on exchanges and returns:

  1. Unauthorized return packages will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, then customer do not need to pay the return shipping cost.
  4. Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
  5. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
  6. Customers will be responsible for additional fees if they enter the wrong delivery address or change the address after 24 hours of placing the order.
  7. Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund.

How long does a replacement or return take to process?

We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.
